The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a responsible Custodial Lead to maintain and protect our facilities. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Custodial Lead enthusiastically represents the YMCA by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. The Custodial Lead is also responsible for training new employees in proper custodial procedures for the use of manually operated tools, electrically powered machines, cleaning compounds, solvents and chemicals. The Custodial Lead will create a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while working with a team and/or individually to help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and participate in the setup and take down of scheduled events.
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
