The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a pleasant and friendly Member Service Attendant to join our HOA team! As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for resident experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our residents and visitors feel welcome and comfortable while in our facility.
The Members Service Representative (MSR) will be responsible for greeting members and visitors to our facilities. You will answer questions for members and visitors, directing them to various parts of the facility and answering phones. The MSR will possess extensive knowledge of membership and program options as well as specific center information. The MSR will be responsible for regulating traffic in the centers as well as upholding and effectively communicating facility policies and procedures.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Member Service Attendant is responsible for member satisfaction and retention through impeccable member service and practices that promote member engagement. The Member Service Attendant will greet members by name, scan membership cards for entry, regulate traffic in the center, and know and uphold facility policies and procedures.

Greet members and visitors
Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints in a timely and professional manner
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when needed to other neighborhood service providers
Accurately process new resident memberships
Maintain resident databases – membership information, email list
Maintain events calendar –private rentals, neighborhood events, resident clubs, sports programs
Assist residents in registration of neighborhood programs and events
Collaborate with all center staff to ensure service excellence and timely follow-up to all resident questions and /or complaints.
Help facilitate private party room rentals for residents
Respond to emergency situations by adhering to the safety policies and procedures set for the association.
Consistently deliver excellence in customer service to all residents and guests visiting the facility
Assist Program and Events Coordinator with large neighborhood events as needed
